mintUpdate mentions "reboot required" but Mint menu does not have other options #860

Describe the bug
After installing an update that requires a reboot, the message says "reboot required" but the menu only mentions a Suspend, Restart, Cancel, Shutdown...

This could be confusing for non-technical users.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install updates
  2. See banner whenever a reboot is requited
  3. Click on the system shutdown buttons
  4. See error

Expected behavior
Label should say Restart, or dialog should say "Reboot"
