'History of Updates' excudes spices

Describe the bug

Despite its title, 'History of Updates' (a menu option available via 'View') excudes spices. That is, that record of updates omits applets (as I discovered) and also (I presume) desklets and Nemo-actions.

To Reproduce

1. Use mintupdate to update an applet.
2. Look in 'History of Updates'.

Expected behavior
I expected to see a record of the updated applet or at least a disclaimer saying why not.
