Still a dependency on lsb-release?

Describe the bug
debian/control still depends on lsb_release. It isn't used anymore.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://github.com/linuxmint/mintupdate/blob/master.lmde6/debian/control#L15
2. See that there's a dependency on lsb-release although is isn't used anymore since 945a725 and then 9fd336a
3. Confirm that it isn't used anymore by searching: https://github.com/search?q=repo%3Alinuxmint%2Fmintupdate+lsb&type=code there's nothing using it there anymore.

Expected behavior
The dependency on lsb-release should be removed

latest mint and lmde

Software version:
6.0.3, 6.0.5, master branch
