System Information - When you press refresh system information to 18.2 opens the browser, and can see everything you use, to 18.3 does nothing

I can reproduce this bug.
This button doesn't work.

Linux Mint 19.1 Cinnamon.

Cinnamon v4.6.4

I'm not able to reproduce this issue. The Upload system information button displays the system information in a new browser tab/window.

@pyroxar can you retest this once you upgrade? Thanks.
