2 VPNs not supported in networks tray

Bug description

Network tray doesn't show all vpns that are on. It chooses only one as if it was network configuration. Current On-off switch results in unpredictable behaviour.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create One pptp VPN
2. Create One OpenVPN
3. Turn on both VPNs

Expected behavior

In reality each vpn should be shown as interface with on/off toggle switch next to it.
