Implementation of Whisper Onnx Model in C# using Microsoft Onnx Runtime GPU & CPU

I am starting a new project with WPF application where I can use local Whisper Onnx Model to load it in C# using inference from Onnx Runtime. I am having a hard time to pre-process the input and post-process the output. I wonder if there anything that you can help me out to understand this new concept for Whisper.
