Any tips dealing with Administrative windows?

When running Lintalist as non-admin, I can't activate it when a program with admin privs is focused.

Running Lintalist as admin fixes that problem, but introduces others like launching script snippets as admin, which means using Run, program.exe in a snippet will then run program.exe as admin. Also, clicking 'edit in editor' makes external code editors run elevated.

Is there a workaround I'm overlooking?
I saw #99, but don't know if things have changed?

Not really, but I knew I read something about Run as normal user once and I found a newer piece of code that looks like it could be useful, I'll have to experiment with it a bit to see if it works - if it does I might implement a setting to take this into account - in the meantime it may help you as well:
