When I run the following paramters using the develop branch of today's date, I get the following:

linkage 2-3 should be the lowest value. NOT 3-4. Right?

Further, if I put the target climate analog at 0.01, as per the comment I just made on the other issue, then I get 0's for all.

Both problems fix themselves if the future climate layer is included.

Quick fix is to make that required for now.
