Allow user to configure emulator key combos #142

Lode Runner uses Ctrl-Shift-2 and Ctrl-Shift-6.

Currently the emulator reserves those key combos. It would be nice to have a way to tell the emulator to use an alternative set of key combos.

Particularly as Ctrl+F2 is reserved by window manager on Linux/XFCE.
