Bug: create more than one upload request when touch the create button many time

Description

• I tried to create a collective upload request
• When I fill the fields and touch to create button serveral time in sort period, it creates many same name upload request in the pending tab

Expected result

• The button should touch only one time and does the wait/disable until the request has been created then the form should disappear

Current behavior

• The button can touch much time

Preconditions (optional)

• Fill all required fields

Reproduction Steps

• Login to the app
• Go to upload request menu
• Push plus button to start new collective upload request
• Fill the form and touch to the Create button

These acceptance criteria must be met by the corrective implementation done by the developers.
