We lost all the files located in a "document" type tab of a channel. When this happened, it seems that the files storage system changed, as the tab now says "this Documents tab is not configured yet". I don't have a screenshot of what it used to look like, but here it is now.

We can't show how to reproduce this as I don't know how the files system configuration changed.

We can't find any file, either in Desktop App or Web App.
OS: Windows 10
Browser: Chrome
Version: Displays 1.3.3 when application loads, but we get pop-ups saying that 1.3.3 is now available. Can't find a way to upgrade the app to confirm it's 1.3.3.

Any idea of what is happening? Are the files lost or are they somewhere but unreachable?

Hi, we did a major migration of the documents, could you send me your company name or Twake username / email ? I will double check the migration for you. You can send me your information at rmourgues[at]linagora.com for more privacy.

The files were migrated again and back to the company. We also recently applied an other migration to fix the paths of each files ( #2793 ).

I wait for your confirmation @adefsix on this second part !

A colleague had already re-ordered the files, so we can't see if anything changed but anyway it's all good now on our side.

Many thanks again for your support!
