When I open any pass other than the first one in the list, I see several blank passes scroll past first. The effect gets worse after pass 3 (so it's more noticeable on passes 4+) but didn't get noticeably slower when I added 5 more passes and opened the last one.

Here's a screen recording showing the effect:
https://github.com/ligi/PassAndroid/assets/70171/e150fd60-34c8-40ed-8403-99552341882a

The passes are displayed in descending order but they have no date so they're in order of creation. I have 0.5x window/transition/animation scaling but the result is the same at 1x and 2x.

When I use a launcher shortcut there's a similar effect but only one or two blank passes are briefly visible for a period of time. The delay before the real pass shows appears to increase with later passes, so this time it's not visible at all on pass 2.

Here's a screen recording showing the effect:

Thanks for the report - what do you mean with "modified app name"?

When I built the app for my phone I made it shorter ("PassAndroid" wraps awkwardly on two lines so I've named it "Passbook") and that shows up in my screenshots/videos.
