How to fix the window in the front

The dialog window disappears automatically behind the interface when I drag the paper, but that's not the case with your demo gif. How to keep the dialog window always at the top?

Hi @rhouselyn Thanks for the feedback. I believe it is an OS specific behavior: the dialog stays at the top in Linux (as it should), but doesn't do so in Windows. Unfortunately I don't know how to control it or whether it is even possible.
