[Feature Request] Include additional details on content files in verbose logs

First and foremost consider this:

• Only RetroArch bugs should be filed here. Not core bugs or game bugs
• This is not a forum or a help section, this is strictly developer oriented

Reason for request

This reddit post and other content-load related issues would be easier to troubleshoot if verbose logs included more information about the content file(s).

Expected behavior

Verbose logs should include additional detail regarding content files on (attempted) load, including filesize and the results of any heuristics (if applicable).

Actual behavior

Verbose logs only show the path and filename of the content file.

Sounds like the error report is regarding Android file permissions. There's a PR that will help out a lot #16393

@RobLoach Thanks for the info! That being said, I feel the feature request still can add value for troubleshooting in general, and should be considered.
