Is your feature request related to a problem?

The version of PHP used by legacy will probably be stuck at PHP 7.4 for quite some time.

I think it is worth moving its development inside containers, so I don't pollute my system with many PHP versions.

Describe the solution you'd like

Move the legacy development insider containers, by running any PHP command inside the containers.

The docker-compose file can help us create some dev commands run within the context of the legacy app.
