configure: error: Package requirements (libplist-2.0 >= 2.3.0) were not met: #228

I'ma be honest, I have no idea what's happening right now. I'm trying to install AltServer-Linux, which has me install netmuxd, which is telling me to install usbmuxd, but every time I run the autogen.sh file, it gives me that error, and make doesn't do anything either. I'll link the whole log below

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables libplist_CFLAGS
and libplist_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.

I have all of the libplist things I can possible download with sudo apt-get install

libplist++-dev is already the newest version (2.1.0-4build2). libplist++3v5 is already the newest version (2.1.0-4build2). libplist-dev is already the newest version (2.1.0-4build2). libplist-doc is already the newest version (2.1.0-4build2). libplist3 is already the newest version (2.1.0-4build2). libplist-utils is already the newest version (2.1.0-4build2). 0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

Much confusion, any tips would be amazing

If you're on debian you can just sudo apt install usbmuxd, it's in the official repos: https://packages.debian.org/search?keywords=usbmuxd
