Segmentation fault with ksw_exts2_sse

Hi I have been using ksw_exts2_sse with following parameters:
int noncan = 9;
q = 4;
e = 2;
q2 = 32;
zdrop = 200;
flag = 1600;

and I get segmentation fault for big qlen and/or tlen. For example if tlen is greater than 80K or 90K or when qlen is greater than 40K or 50K of bases.
Does ksw2 have any limitation for qlen or tlen?
