Search does not work properly

I tried to run this search string:

https://musical-artifacts.com/artifacts?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=ardour+lua

And it returns no results, which is wrong because there is at least one result that has those keywords in the title, description and tags.

Yes, search should ideally deal with cases like this. Right now it's an ad-hoc algorithm, but I should move to a more structured library or something. I could fix specific cases like this with some hacks to the algorithm, but I'll leave this issue open for now and think of a better more general solution when I have some time to get back to this project.
