Add more DTB overlays to Raspberry PI

Currently we just provide device tree overlays for TPM and the Advantech UNO hat. We need to add more overlays for common cases such as RTC devices, second serial console port and CAN adapter. Alternatively, we could create a mechanism on our build system to facilitate building and adding custom overlays.
