property failOnMissingContainerfile not respected in batch mode.

When the property failOnMissingContainerfile is set to false, the plugin will not fail when there is no container file detected.
This is true for non-batch mode operations but for batch mode this property is not taken into account.

It would be great if this functionality could also be enabled for batch mode operations since the absence of an containerfile does not necessary indicate an issue.
