documentation errors and unclarities

1. nowhere in the documentation you can see the groupID and artifactID of the plugin. It would be handy to add it to https://lexemmens.github.io/podman-maven-plugin/docs/index.html

2. https://lexemmens.github.io/podman-maven-plugin/docs/goals/build.html#buildconfig shows there is a <skipBuild> option under <build>. But this is not true. Maven will stop with config error. However, you can add it directly under <configuration>. Idem for other options, but not all. It is unclear from the documentation which ones are ok and which ones not.
   For the other goals, it is also not clear that you can specify the options under <configuration> section.

3. there is no description or example how to use labels.

4. name cannot have a tag in it, but there are options for the name like %t, %v that are typically used in a tag, not in a name. (and they are not working for the <tags> attribute). Clarify this (or feature request: add these variables to the tags too)
