(App)(New release) App doesn't ask user to add a photo when changing the status to cleaned

Steps:

1. Open existing trashpoint
2. Click on "Update trashpoint"
3. Change point status to Cleaned
4. Click Save
5. No error message

Expected:

1. Open existing trashpoint
2. Click on "Update trashpoint"
3. Change point status to Cleaned
4. Click Save
5. Error message: Please add at least one photo of the trashpoint when changing status.

The logic of updating trashpoint was dependent on Trashpoint status in general (not only when user updates trashpoint status to Cleaned).
When user updates trashpoint status to Threat/Regular/Cleaned the app should ask user to add a photo.
