Can't decode QR code using java example ExampleDetectQrCode #421

Hello!

I'm found example of QR-code not decoded by BoofCV

Debug of this example https://github.com/lessthanoptimal/BoofCV/blob/SNAPSHOT/examples/src/main/java/boofcv/examples/fiducial/ExampleDetectQrCode.java#L73 (SNAPSHOT version of library)
shows, that field failureCause have error code = VERSION.

Successfully decoded this QR-code, using iPhone camera APP.

Are there any parameters of BoofCV library that can improve decoding results?
