Support "shortcut syntax" for repository key

package.json supports shortcut syntax for the repository field (https://docs.npmjs.com/files/package.json#repository)

orgname/reponame is very common

@kategengler we are currently using https://github.com/npm/normalize-git-url to normalize the URLs, but it seems, that it does not support these kinds of shortcuts

are you aware of any other package that does this kind of thing?
