Extension doesn't load reliably every time

Hey!

I'm not sure since when, but the extension often doesn't load. There're no error messages given it just doesn't get activated. Not sure if VSCode is to blame as this has happened with a different extension before - but that has since been solved by an update to said extension, so I'm assuming the issue was not with VSCode.

Reloading the window multiple times solves the issue, eventually.

Same Issue + there is no direct competitor extension which supports this level of configuration.
