Support for Visual Studio Live Share

As the name suggests, the ability to support Visual Studio Live Share would be a great feature. Specifically, asking to join a session, or spectating a session (automatically giving an invite to a user to join, or allowing for someone to join in on-demand in read-only view)

For something like spectating, this can be toggled on and off easily for safety, and should default be off.
