Top and bottom borders of SDL version (2.1.0) not visible on Windows 11 #1328

I downloaded the SDL version of Lem on Windows 11. When I launch lem.bat or iem-internal.exe, the top and bottom borders are out of sight. I need to type 3-4 lines of text to be able to see the cursor. The standard windows functions of 'move window" accessible by Alt + x -> M are also not available for this. Cannot move/resize the window with the mouse either
