Lem hangs if we edit and recompile uiop:define-package :lem-core #1302

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start Lem with ./lem src/internal-packages.lisp.
  2. Add a valid/dummy value to any of the :export lists.
  3. Try to recompile it with C-c C-c or C-c C-k.

Observation: Lem is non-responsive.

Expectations: Lem should have loaded the new package definition without any issues.
