Mark dispatchable methods

Some methods calls are dispatched by the constructor. Those are usually specified by the user in the YAML configuration. The problem is that most of the containers also have methods that are technically dispatchable but should only be called from within Forward. This could be confusing for users, so it would be wise to write a decorator that would mark dispatchable methods.
