setup that allows running with noexec on the home folder

Hello so i`ve been wanting to tighten security and i was wondering if there is a way to run the up down scripts from /opt/...

since i have no exec on my home folder partition.

How important is this feature to you?

It is just an idea

How important do you think is this feature for the average LeftWM user?

I don't know, may be a niche edge-case

I'm not sure about it, but does a symlink to /opt need to be executable?
Edit ln -s /opt/leftwm ~/.config/leftwm
