Would love to be able to integrate this with our Keycloak setup for MFA.

This should be customizable between LedgerSMB::Middleware::Authenticate::*, LedgerSMB::Middleware::MainAppConnect and LedgerSMB::Auth::*. Lets work through the requirements to see if further APIs are required to enable OAuth2/SAML support/plugins.
