InternalGetAllMetadata gets called many times #264

When debugging through the coding, I found out that InternalGetAllMetadata method implemented in the dialects is called very frequent.

If I placed a Log inside the method I got when starting:

[13:23:18 INF] Executing Migrate...
[13:23:18 INF] Evolve initialized.
[13:23:18 INF] InternalGetAllMetadata
[13:23:18 INF] InternalGetAllMetadata
[13:23:18 INF] InternalGetAllMetadata
[13:23:18 INF] Metadata validated.
[13:23:18 INF] InternalGetAllMetadata
[13:23:18 INF] InternalGetAllMetadata
[13:23:18 INF] InternalGetAllMetadata
[13:23:18 INF] Database is up to date. No migration needed.

As there is no Where clause to filter on type for example, it is loading the complete table over and over again.

This could be optimised I guess?
