Follow-up to 'Coach loading state reports'

Observed behavior

Observed while retesting #12178:

1. When switching between the Lessons and the Quizzes tabs you can see the Nan B displayed for the total size and also 0 B:

2. At 'Coach > Reports > Lesson > Quiz resource > Learner' the page is still reloading every time I click on a question:

Expected behavior

Clear and seamless navigation through coach reports without loading issues.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Install Kolibri 0.16.2b2
2. Replace the home folder with the full home folder provided in Loading issues while viewing reports (part 2 & 3) #11856
3. Explore the reports at Coach > Reports
