@JohanEngelen mentioned in #4524 (comment) that LDC right now does not support Context-Sensitive PGO (CSIR PGO) - more info about all PGO variants in LLVM could be found here. E.g. Clang already supports CSIR PGO. I think it would be an interesting idea to implement CSIR PGO in LDC as well.
