build problem in Cygwin

Hi

This project can't build in Cygwin.

My cygwin info:
3.1.7(0.340/5/3) 2020-08-22 17:48 x86_64 Cygwin

lcdproc never claimed it did, so I don't consider this a bug.

If you want to have cygwin supported, you probably will need to submit a pull request yourself. At the very least, you need to provide some info about what exactly is the problem. I guess none of us have cygwin available.
