New Component Request: Missing Permissions

Current Behavior

Current missing permission component lacks required feedback or helpful feedback for users, check below screenshot

Desired Behavior

Enhance the UI of missing permissions component to make it more helpful to users such that users know what necessary actions need to perform to avoid this, maybe showing users org switcher and allow them to switch org, showing users current role and also showing keychains required to access this page or section of it.

In modal description in paragraph "#2" we have redirecting users to setting however link is added to word "here" instead word should express where that will redirect the user
