File altered during a file transfer to an IIS server

Hello,

We have a problem, when I transfer some files with lftp client to IIS server, some characters are added at the end of the file. This is not the case when I use the curl client. It happened to us twice. For information, the files are XML files.
Unfortunately, we cannot send you the files because these files contain sensitive data of our client.

LFTP Version : 4.8.3 and 4.9.2 on CentOS Stream 8
Destination serveur -> Windows IIS Version 22h2 (build 19045.3208)

Can you help me without having the file?
Do you need more information ?
Can we schedule a meeting with a split screen if possible?
