Garrick has written a benchmark to characterize SynOp/Dendrite performance:
frameworks.ai.nx.nxsdk/n3_apps/modules/characterization/tutorials/timePerOp.ipynb

Goal is to make it run on different generations

Start with C1, then run on C2, D1.
