Interface has no traffic

I'm trying to use check_nwc_health to query a Cisco 9250 with mode interface-health.
Device firmware version is 8.1(1), but it is a really critical device, I am not able to update it in short or mid term and test with the latest firmware.

With version 8.3.3.2, I have a strange behavior:

• Interfaces fcX/Y report their data correctly
• Interfaces IPStorageX/Y report "OK - has no traffic"

The same behavior happens with version 7.5.0.1
Version 8.3.1.1 works fine with both FC and IPStorage interfaces, so I think something has been lost with the release of the newer version.

It is possible to fix version 8.3.3.2 so it can work with Cisco 9250?
