Better Documentation

Great project - life safer- star given. I did wonder if you want to update the readme to make it clear that you don't have to use this at an iOS / Android dependency level. The downloadable example code makes it clear that there is a Xamarin Forms C Sharp implementation (which I am using and is ace), but felt the readme doesn't make this clear. Also having a title property / binding would be useful.
