Flaky failure point test

I think as a result of randomly generated hnsw levels, it is possilbe that in different runs this validation error is thrown on different index blocks.

This makes the test fail sporadically (example failure)

We might need to fix RNG or address this in some other way (e.g. make the regression test comparison not print the specific block number)
