Combine hyphenations into one package langsci-hyphens

As we are beginning to support more and more languages, we will also need more and more hyphen informations.

It would be good to combine them in one package langsci-hyphens. Usage would then be

\usepackage{langsci-hyphens}
\usepackage[german,italian]{langsci-hyphens}

The first would load all hyphenations that are stored under general. The second would load general as well as those stored in german and italian.
