可能是由于链接过长，在 bing 里无法完整显示网址，导致的重定向错误。
例：

期望目标：https://learn.microsoft.com/zh-cn/powershell/scripting/learn/shell/using-predictors?view=powershell-7.4
实际结果：https://learn.microsoft.com/zh-cn/powershell/scripting...#在PSReadLine中使用预测器
