Provide environment information

Python: 3.9
Labelme: 5.4.1

What OS are you using?

Ubuntu 22.04

Describe the Bug

If 32-bit tiffs are to be opened, the following error is displayed (8-bit tiff works):
Make sure imaging.tiff is a valid image file.
Supported image formats: .bmp,.cur,*.gif,*.icns,*.ico,*.jpeg,*.jpg,*.pbm,*.pgm,*.png,*.ppm,*.svg,*.svgz,*.tga,*.tif,*.tiff,*.wbmp,*.webp,*.xbm,*.xpm

Thank you in advance.

Expected Behavior

32-bit tiff is opened like 8-bit image

Open 32-bit tiff
