"Cinema mode" #126

Like YouTube's cinema mode, but better:

Hide the navbar completely (or only have a couple pixels tall)
Go full width for the video (OK, YouTube is the same here)
Keep sync and play/pause buttons directly below the video
Have Users, Chatroom, and all other blocks below
