Graph Mixer enhancements

Hi,

here some additions (some already reported as feature request long time ago) for the Graph Mixer:

Little bigger font size (especially dB numbers)*

More contrast between elements*

Solo button (also with a shortcut for selected fader)*

Double click a fader jumps to 0dB

Fader name header background same colour as in Graph Mixer plugins*

Un-dock Graph Mixer in a separate window

Same selected style for Graph Mixer plugins (now a bit brighter grey background as non-selected plugins) and Graph Mixer faders (now a blue border line)

Adjustable weight size of a fader (especially dB meter; single or all fader resizing via mouse on a border if a fader or with CTRL all fader)
