Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

When I use a cni (E.g. Kube-ovn) to provide security group feature, They need security group annotation on pod.
Currently when I change the annotation of a running VM, The VMI and pod will not automatically sync the change.
I have to manually change the label and anntation of VMI and pod at the same time of change VM.

The problem is, If I miss sync VM/VMI/pod manually. When I do VM live-migration. the annotation on new pod of migrated VM will miss. And the security group will also miss.

Describe the solution you'd like:
I wish the kubevirt operator sync the label / annotation changes to running VMI/pod.

Additional context:
If the feature is accptable, I think I can help develop this feature.
