Describe the Bug

BUG 1

After edit the default k8s pod template,the Container jnlp was terminated (Exit Code: 1, Reason: Error)

even set the template changes to default values, the jnlp container show the same errors

sleep: invalid time interval ‘221f2b4677197c853470382f65ab0e5c4975a8e343025ce92a9b13b8796d6dee’
sleep: invalid time interval ‘keyanhrtnwnc-keyanhr-front-61-kgcld-pw4b5-3nqk1’
Try 'sleep --help' for more information.

BUG 2

add a new k8s pod template ,like base-new ,it works well
but when restart the devops-jenkins pod ,the new template lost . and the k8s pod templates return to the default.

Environment
KubeSphere: V3.4.0
Kubernetes: 1.23.10
ContainerRuntime: docker 20.04
OS: Ubuntu20.04 LTS
