Describe the Bug
Kubesphere does not support querying logs through special characters，But it can be queried through regular characters + special characters

Versions Used
KubeSphere: v3.1.0
Kubernetes: v1.22.17

Environment
CentOS 7.5 / 3 masters: 8cpu/16g; 3 nodes: 16cpu/32g

Expected behavior
The log query function allows keyword queries to support special character retrieval of logs
