After upgrading to helm v1.16.4: "couldn't get resource list for spdx.softwarecomposition.kubescape.io/v1beta1"

After upgrading kubescape to helm chart v1.16.4, I started to get this warning on all the interactions to the cluster,
Any idea why and how to fix it?

Example: Kubectl get po
